Sexual Assualt

Our Mr Loughnane has advanced a number of cases on behalf of victims of sex abuse and sexual assault.

To date, none of these cases have proceeded to a full contest but have been settled by negotiation to the satisfaction of our clients.

We are in a position to advise victims whether of clerical child sex abuse or otherwise as to whether they might have a good claim for compensation.

We are currently advancing a number of Legal Actions for compensation in sex abuse cases brought against some Religious Orders and the Department of Education.
